The AFA is in need of enthusiastic leaders for the 2009-2010 academic year. If you are interested in being a leader of the AFA next semester, please email John Murphy at john.m.jp@gmail.com and/or Keriann Espersen at keriann.espersen@gmail.com an email with a paragraph stating:
1. The position you are interested in
2. Why you're interested in it
3. Your thoughts, plans, hopes, etc for the AFA.
We'll be conducting interviews for each position and choosing the leaders along with Miguel Valenti.
Click here for a list of Leadership Positions available. Note that the requirements are more like guidelines and ideals for each position. Please don't let them dissuade you from applying for a position, but we will take them into consideration.

WELCOME TO THE ASU FILM ASSOCIATION'S WEBSITE!
One of the most important things to student filmmaking is passion. In student film money is not driving the production or the study of the craft. It's the desire and the passion of the student, the visionary.
We, as the AFA, recognize this and as the leadership we are here to offer ourselves, along with our members (you all) to help you fuel your passion for film. There is no project too small and no project too big that we cannot support, or give some direction too. The leadership and membership, are comprised of veteran students who know the ins and outs of the academic process and those rookies, and newcomers, who are hungry to help.
